To enjoy the best flavor:

Steps

  1. Add 2 tsp (6–8g) Longjing to 16–18 oz (500 ml) cold, filtered water.
  2. Refrigerate 4–6 hours (4h lighter, 6h fuller).
  3. Strain; serve chilled or over ice.

What you’ll enjoy (Iced)

  • Flavor: crisp, clean cup with naturally sweet finish.
  • Experience: extra-low bitterness, refreshing, naturally low-caffeine—easy to sip any time.
  • Best moments: warm afternoons, with meals, on the go.

  2. Add 1 tsp (≈3g) Longjing per 5–6 oz (150–180 ml) water.
  3. Pour water at 175–180°F (80°C)—not boiling.
  4. Steep 1–2 min. Enjoy. Re-steep 3–4×, adding a few seconds each round.

What you’ll enjoy (Hot)

  • Flavor: warm chestnut, soft floral notes, silky body.
  • Experience: smooth, low bitterness; a gentle, naturally low-caffeine lift.
  • Best moments: mindful mornings, quiet breaks, pairing with light foods.

Disappointed No fragrance or taste

I tried a cup, 8 0z with three tea bags. Let steep 4 minutes. No fragrance at all in spite of reading it gad a smokey fragrance. I will try it tomorrow just to see. The tea is sealed but the tea had no fragrance at all. Disappointed so far.the tea is brown when brewed. The bags do not seem to have enough leaves in them.

Mellow smooth tea

A lovely mellow tea. I don’t know why they call it black, it’s a light colored tea.

Lovely, unique flavor.

Pu-uer tea. Ancient tea from China. Delicious, smooth. Not black. Not green. Lovely.
