Longjing (Dragon Well) green tea offers a gentler lift with less caffeine than coffee, a naturally smooth taste, and zero sugar by default. Brew it hot at ~80°C (176°F) for a classic cup or cold brew 4–6 hours for a crisp, refreshing iced green tea—a smarter everyday drink and a healthy coffee alternative.
