Our Longjing Tea, also known as Dragon Well, is cultivated in the West Lake region of Hangzhou, China. Each batch is carefully harvested during the Ming Qian period to secure the freshest spring aroma and flavor profile.
Hot Brew (Traditional Method):
Steps:
1.Warm your teaware with hot water.
2.Add 3g (1 teaspoon) of Longjing leaves per cup (150ml).
3.Pour in water at 80 °C (176 °F) – not boiling.
4.Steep for 1–2 minutes, then enjoy.
5.Re-infuse 3–4 times, slightly extending steeping time each round.
