Large leaves or twigs but a wonderful taste.

I was a bit surprised at the large size of the tea leaves, more like twigs than leaves. Hard to know how much to put in a cup for brewing. However, once brewed I loved it. My previous purchases of Golden Monkey tea from different websites had "leaves" that were much much smaller. The next time I will order the Golden Monkey that has the smaller leaves (twigs).

This is the best black tea I have had! Typically I am used to black teas being bitter, therefore it was a great surprise that this didn't have that bitter taste. Instead, it had a very enhanced taste and has become a great wake up routine in the mornings. The quality of this tea is superior to big brand names like Lipton, because the leaves were fairly large and you didn't need a large quantity to infuse your tea. Overall, great product that I would highly recommend.

For the Refined tea person

This tea is for the refined tea drinker...the best of the best I say, has a smooth nutty taste. Drink it with a little cream and you have a great cup of tea.
